Card Using Flourish Frame

Happy Birthday

I made this card for a challenge at the VDBC forum's May Bingo game. It uses LisaJane's flourish frame, which you can get for free at the from FileKutz Santa on the go page Kit. The flower is made using a rhinestone brad for the center and dew drops for the petals.
